Be a Mentor

I’ve noticed that many young professionals achieve wealth and leadership yet lack real success in life. And if you think that success is having a lot of money, try having money and bad health.  You have to compliment financial achievements with something meaningful. Success comes from making thoughtful choices and taking calculated risks—not relying solely on spontaneity, and then creating peripheral value. It’s important to mentor the next generation, sharing the value of knowledge and experience. If you’re not mentoring, consider getting involved in your community, as empowering others makes us all stronger.
